A decade ago, you went to the river to get water for your mother. As you dipped the buckets into the clear water, you heard screaming coming from your village. When you ran back to see what was the trouble, you saw men in Imperial uniforms slaughtering the people of your village. It seems that the village elders had not paid enough tax and your village was to be an example. You were captured and sold as a galley slave but escaped and sought vengeance. That vengeance, you were sure, would come only by the sword. And so, you sought the greatest swordsman of the age. The training is relentless and demands perfect discipline. The master is obsessed and will accept nothing but absolute dedication. You yourself are a master now and yet you persist by his side. You joined him, convinced that he would lead you to your vengeance. Finally the opportunity has come.
